While on a European road trip, two naive American girls find themselves stranded in the German woods after their car breaks down. Seeking help, they stumble upon a secluded villa, only to wake up the next morning held captive in a makeshift basement hospital alongside a Japanese man. Their captor, a retired German surgeon renowned for separating Siamese twins, reveals a twisted new agenda. Instead of separating his victims, he intends to surgically fuse all three of them together by connecting their gastric systems, aiming to realize his sick, lifelong fantasy of creating a human centipede.
