The narrative follows three college students tracking a rival hacker across the country, only to find themselves trapped in an isolated, sterile research facility after a mysterious blackout. What begins as a grounded road-trip mystery rapidly devolves into a claustrophobic psychological thriller that challenges the viewer's perception of reality. Eubank’s eye for cinematography—characterized by clinical white hallways, deliberate slow-motion shots, and tight framing—effectively conveys the protagonist Nic’s sense of isolation and disorientation.
